Mahyar Movahed Nejad

an industrial engineering doctoral student, is co-author of two papers that will be presented at the 2013 INFORMS (Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences) Southeast Michigan Symposium, held Friday, Nov. 8 at Wayne State University. The papers are titled "Virtual Machine Provisioning and Allocation in Clouds: A Mechanism Design Approach" and "Optimal Routing for Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles." The symposium is intended to re-energize the operations research and management sciences community and bring together professionals from academia, industry and government to share their work and experiences.
