Susan is an award-winning designer, experienced social media manager, and digital marketing professional. Driven by a mix of creative desire and data analysis, she takes pride in providing the most engaging content possible to connect with her audience. As a Marketing Manager, her goals include understanding audience behavior, creating integrated campaigns, and staying relevant in an evolving industry.
At Wayne State, Susan works for the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department with a focus on marketing strategies and tactics to engage students and promote departmental initiatives. She works heavily on the Engineering Management Master's Program with Ford Motor Company and the AMP21 applied mathematics program. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master of Arts in Communication as well as a Graduate Certificate in New Media from Wayne State University. Most recently, Susan has completed the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the internationally recognized, Digital Marketing Institute.
In additional to her primary job functions, Susan has been recognized by the Michigan Junior Chamber for her extraordinary commitment to creating positive change through random acts of kindness in communities across Michigan.
Susan's best friends include a sassy Shiba Inu puppy and a goofy rescued mutt.
