Cheng-Zhong Xu

interim chair and professor of electrical and computer engineering, has been recognized for his recent work in cloud computing. His article, in collaboration with Ph.D. students Jiao Rao and Xiangping Bu, was one of the Top 25 papers published in the Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing in 2012. The article is titled "URL: A unified reinforcement learning approach for autonomic cloud management."
