Luke Popiel

a student in the Electrial and Computer Engineering Department, has been selected as the ESD 2012 Outstanding Student Engineer of the Year. As such, he will receive a $1,000 stipend, which will be presented to him at the Society's annual dinner at the Fillmore on June 27.
