Ratna Babu Chinnam

received a best paper award at the Society of Operations Management conference held in December 2012 in New Delhi, India. The paper, which was written jointly with alumnus Akhilesh Kumar, is titled "Strategic Capacity Planning and Management of Remanufactured Products."
