Biography

Dr. Amiangshu Bosu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Wayne State University. Prior to joining WSU, he was a tenure-track assistant professor at SIU Carbondale (2016-2018). He completed his Ph.D. dissertation work at University of Alabama in 2015 under the supervision of Dr. Jeffrey Carver and conducted postdoctoral research under the guidance of Dr. Danfeng Yao at Virginia Tech. His research appears in prestigious conferences and journals in the area of software engineering such as ICSE, FSE, TSE, EMSE, TOSEM, ASE, ESEM, MSR, and JSS.  He has received NSF CRII award in 2019 and NSF CAREER award in 2024.
