Nathan Cabbil, B.S. ’94, is a senior operation executive with 25 years of experience driving business transformation and operational change solutions for companies in diverse and rapidly evolving industries. Cabbil holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Wayne State University is an alumnus of the GE Manufacturing Management Program and the GE Corporate Audit Staff. He has completed Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Advanced Master Black Belt courses, and has participated in executive development courses at the Wharton School of Business, Center for Creative Leadership, and the Deloitte Leadership Academy. Cabbil has served in multiple leadership and executive-level roles over his extensive career, which began at General Electric Company in 1994. He was vice president of customer service for Royal Philips Electronics, and executive vice president of operations support for Republic Services. Throughout his career, a consistent theme of success has been his ability to help companies navigate highly competitive markets and overcome internal, systematic challenges to achieve notable business growth and profit performance. Currently, Cabbil is a founder, organizer and director of Integro Bank (proposed), a de novo community bank focused on supporting small businesses based in Phoenix, Arizona. He serves as chair and is a member of several non-profit, community focused boards including Homeward Bound, an organization that serves the needs of families going through homelessness.
